However, her early years were marked by childhood trauma, leaving deep emotional scars and a yearning for healing.
Her healing journey began with the realization that unseen energies influence our well-being, and she had the gift to navigate and transform these energies. This led her to explore various healing modalities, ultimately finding her calling in Reiki. Through years of practice, she mastered the art of channeling universal life force energy for healing, balance, and harmony.
Balancing her healing practice with a corporate career, Brenda eventually embraced her true calling as a healer, particularly helping those recovering from sexual trauma. Joining Luna Healing was a transformative step, providing her with a supportive community and a sense of belonging.
Brenda brings her expertise in Reiki and profound intuitive insights. Her heart-centered approach is grounded in her own experiences of overcoming trauma, creating a safe haven for clients to heal. Her journey to becoming a Certified Usui Reiki & Crystal Master Teacher is inspired by her empathetic and compassionate nature. With years of corporate experience, Michelle felt it was time to share her spiritual gifts with those seeking positive change. Her deepest passion is helping others realize their full potential and become their best selves.
With a background in Psychology and Holistic Ayurveda Medicine, Michelle is an Intuitive Life Coach and Reiki Master. She bridges the gap between traditional psychotherapy and holistic energy healing, bringing balance and clarity to those who seek transformation.
