Kenya Offerings

Our Energy Cleanse or Limpia session is designed to clear stagnant energy, restore balance, and bring you back into alignment. Rooted in generational traditions, limpias are traditional ceremonies used for spiritual cleansing, emotional release, and energetic protection.

Kenya offers traditional limpias as a deeply intentional process to clear energetic stagnation, helping release what is no longer yours to carry, and gently guiding your body, mind, and spirit back into harmony. Each session is personalized to support your unique healing and transformation.

We begin with a platica, a heart-to-heart conversation, that helps uncover your intentions and energetic needs. Throughout the session, I use smudging to cleanse and strengthen your auric field. I may work with feathers, eggs, or even the rhythm of the drum to move blocked or dense energy. I also use my divination tools to receive insight and spiritual guidance, helping to illuminate patterns or messages that support your healing journey. You are invited to bring a rebozo or blanket, something that will help comfort you and also helps nurture your inner child and acknowledge the deeper emotional layers often rooted in childhood or generational trauma.

Limpias are especially supportive during times of transition, grief, heartbreak, anxiety, or whenever you feel disconnected from your sense of self. They can help release energetic cords, emotional residue, susto or shock, and offer grounding and clarity as you step forward with renewed strength.

After your limpia, if you wish, we can explore additional practices or self-care support to help you continue integrating the healing. Every step of this session is offered with deep care, respect, and your full consent.

All sessions are held in-person in Redlands, within a space of warmth, light, and it would be an honor to support you on your journey.
